How To Use

1. Open the battery which is located at the back of the LED light and remove the battery. Once the battery is removed you should see a thin plastic cover over the battery (this is to stop the LED light accidentally coming on during transit and draining the LED light battery before you receive it)
2. Remove the plastic cover and replace the battery
3. Make sure the battery is firmly positioned before replacing the battery cover
4. Once the battery is back in place, test the LED light works by pressing the power button on the front side of the LED light. You should see a blue light emit from the LED light. If no blue light shows, remove the battery again and ensure it properly seated and try again until it works.
5. When the blue LED light is working, it’s time to get started.
6. First, gently clean the rubber mouthguard on the light using a cotton wool bud or something similar – do not submerge the LED light into water or use lots of water to clean it.
7. Now if you are using whitening strips or whitening gels, once the whitening product is in your mouth (strips attached to teeth or mouth trays inserted into mouth), insert the LED light into your mouth so the rubber mouth guard sits over the whitening treatment (strips or mouth trays) – ensure your mouth fully closes over the LED light to secure it in your mouth.
8. Keep the LED light on whilst in your mouth for the duration of the recommended whitening treatment plan. If it becomes uncomfortable, simply remove for a few moments and then re-insert like recommended above.
9. Once the whitening treatment has ended, simply remove the LED light from your mouth, turn the power off and put to one side so you can concentrate on removing the whitening treatment in your mouth.
10. Once all whitening treatments have been removed and post-treatment cleaning has taken place, simply clean the LED light and rubber mouth guard using a damp cotton wool bud or similar product, dry off and store in a dry place ready for your next whitening treatment.
