7 Days: 1 x treatment per upper teeth row and 1 x treatment per lower teeth row (1 pouch in total) each day for a maximum of 10 minutes per day.

In some cases, people may experience some slight sensitivity in their teeth for a few days. This should reduce after a few days, however, if sensitivity persists, please consult your dentist.

Instructions

How To Use

  1. Before using the whitening strips, make sure you haven’t brushed your teeth for at least 2 hours (as this can cause tooth sensitivity)
  2. Carefully remove the upper teeth and lower teeth whitening strips from the packaging
  3. If need be, you can cut the strip down to the size of your teeth
  4. Carefully remove the protective plastic seal covering the gel side of the whitestrip
  5. Carefully place the strips next to your teeth whilst avoiding the gel coming into contact with your gums
  6. Allow the whitestrips to stick on your teeth for the recommended amount of time (usually between 10 – 30 mins)
  7. Slowly and gently peel the whitestrips off your teeth
  8. Get a cup of water and gently rinse your mouth out
  9. DO NOT brush your teeth for at least 2 hours and do not consume any food for at least 1 hour
  10. Repeat the treatment and steps above each day for the recommended treatment plan duration
