Instructions
How To Use
- Before using the whitening strips, make sure you haven’t brushed your teeth for at least 2 hours (as this can cause tooth sensitivity)
- Carefully remove the upper teeth and lower teeth whitening strips from the packaging
- If need be, you can cut the strip down to the size of your teeth
- Carefully remove the protective plastic seal covering the gel side of the whitestrip
- Carefully place the strips next to your teeth whilst avoiding the gel coming into contact with your gums
- Allow the whitestrips to stick on your teeth for the recommended amount of time (usually between 10 – 30 mins)
- Slowly and gently peel the whitestrips off your teeth
- Get a cup of water and gently rinse your mouth out
- DO NOT brush your teeth for at least 2 hours and do not consume any food for at least 1 hour
- Repeat the treatment and steps above each day for the recommended treatment plan duration
Treatment Plan
18 Days: 1 x treatment per upper teeth row and 1 x treatment per lower teeth row (1 pouch in total) each day for a maximum of 30 minutes per day.
